Wildflower Honey: Wildflower honey is a variety of pollen and nectar sources such as Popcorn, Palmetto, Mimosa, and Titi which gives it a darker color and rich flavor.  Wildflower honey is often favored for its combination of sources in treating seasonal allergies.  Both honeys offered are raw, which means it is unheated and unblended; retaining its beneficial properties. This is considered baker grade honey.
